When do we ship the product (Pre-Orders)?
We usually ship on the release date or within 1–2 business days after. Please note, we cannot ship goods before their official release as it is prohibited by the manufacturers.
What if I have multiple products with different release dates in my order (Pre-Orders)?
For example, if you order 5 different cases, we will ship each case on its official release date and provide a note for your reference.
How long does shipping usually take?
Shipping takes approximately 5 business days via DHL Express.
Is the product in English?
If there is no specification indicating otherwise, even if not explicitly stated, we source and sell only English products.
